This Privacy Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation introduced in May 2018, and provides guidance regarding the collection and use of personal data that you provide to Malcolm MacGregor Photography.

When someone visits malcolmmacgregor.photo, privacy is taken very seriously. No cookies are stored before consent is given to do so. 

A third party service, Google Analytics is used to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns, such as visits to various parts of the website. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out identities of those visiting the web site Jet

Contact Form

If you use the contact form on my website, you need to submit the following compulsory fields:

  •  Name
  • Email address
  • Message – i.e. the nature of your enquiry

You also have the option of providing your phone number and any other information you choose to submit. Therefore the only data that is retained is your name, email address and details of any message. Telephone information is only retained if that box on the form is completed. This information is not stored on the website servers. It comes direct to the email of Malcolm MacGregor Photography using a system called 'MailGun' whcih is a thrid party email sender. So the information is not included on a database. I will keep a record of this email on my computer and on the Google Suite professional email servers. This privacy policy does not cover links to other websites such as Google Suite. Any data submitted will be used for the following purposes only:

  • To process orders for photographs
  • To communicate with you during an order process
  • To communicate with you in response to any message
  • To arrange delivery of photographs

There are no circumstances in which I would give any personal data to third parties.  Nor would I share any personal data with others. 

You are entitled to access any of your personal information that I hold. To request this information please contact me. You are also entitled to have any of your personal information that I hold deleted. Please contact me through this website.
